No, gratuity is not included, but is appreciated. Standard gratuity to the tour guide is 15%-20% of a full price ticket.
A tour guide will provide information about Scottsdale, chocolate, and each business visited. All samples are included, as well as additional discounts and promotions while on the tour. A bottle of water and palate cleanser are provided at the beginning of the tour, along with a bag to hold your treats. Tour guides will take individual and group pictures throughout, which are later posted on social media and sent to guests upon request.
Yes, there is a bathroom at the beginning as well as a few public restrooms along the way.

Chocolate samples will vary in forms, which may include truffles, french macarons, cupcakes, brownies, espresso, and confections made specifically for the tour.
Yes! Please contact us in advance as we may be able to accommodate your request. We need at least 4 guests to run a tour and a maximum of 14 people per group.
Yes! We have successfully toured multiple groups in town for conferences and would be happy to assist. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible so that we may make arrangements.
Unfortunately no, all bookings and sales are final.
All tickets sold are nonrefundable.
Yes, we provide a bottle of water and palate cleanser at the beginning of the tour.
All ages are invited and are the same price. Please keep in mind that it is a 2.5 hour tour with a 2 mile walk outside. *If you have a young child in attendance that will not be eating the treats, please contact us for pricing.
We charge a $20/person fee for the experience and this must be communicated in advance. We do not carry additional goodie bags if you show up with a guest without prior approval.
